My days are timed around processing — one appointment's color is developing while the next is starting — so a late cancellation leaves a gap I can't fill. Here's the 24-hour policy, and everything else people ask.
01
Booking & deposits
Everything runs through Booksy, and pricing for every service is listed there. Color and extension appointments hold a card on file. New guests, book the consult first — it makes sure I set aside the right amount of time.
02
Changing or cancelling
Twenty-four hours' notice and there's no charge — text me, I'm easy about it. Inside 24 hours it's 75% of the service, and that's because the slot usually can't be filled that late. Life happens; tell me early and we'll figure it out.
03
Running late
Fifteen minutes I can absorb. Past that I may have to shorten the service or move you, because your slot is timed against someone else's processing. If you're stuck on 82, just let me know.
04
Corrections & big changes
Box dye, black boxes, henna, or anything from a bathroom sink — bring photos to the consult. Getting there safely can take more than one session, and I'd rather book two calm appointments than fry your hair in one.
05
If something's off
Tell me within a week and I'll adjust tone or placement at no charge. It's not a complaint, it's the last ten percent — and I want you to like it in your own bathroom light, not just mine.
06
Kids, partners, dogs
The studio is dog-friendly and kid-friendly, but it's a small room with bleach in it — on long color days extra company gets bored fast. Quick cuts and styling, bring whoever.
